Hatha Yoga based practice, holding yoga positions longer, slower variation of yoga. During this class variations of yoga poses are specific to each individual capability.
Class is based off of gentle body movements, poses, and shavasana. Class may be seated or on mat based off of student's capability.
Private yoga sessions online or in person are meant for specific goals in mind. Goals such as pain management for hip, back, or shoulder pain, or athletic improvements that a general class might not be able to target. Recommended to follow through at least a month to improve within your goals.
The Meditation Reflection is a guided meditation to help collect your thoughts from the week to improve your progress towards your yoga practice.
Chakra cleansing through the crystal sound bath, allows each individual to succumb to their awareness of the subconsciousness. Allowing you to clear your focus on imbalances within each energy center.
These meditation practices show students how to reflect to accept changes, become grounded within your strengths, and to continue towards a wholistic mindful practice.

We are going to be offering hot yoga class "Sweat and Stretch." Hot yoga is a type of yoga practice that takes place in a heated room, typically set between 90°F to 105°F (32°C to 40°C). The heat is meant to mimic the environment of India, where yoga originated, and is designed to help increase flexibility, promote sweating, and encourage deeper muscle release.
In a hot yoga class, you might practice styles like Bikram yoga (which follows a specific set of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises) or a more general Vinyasa or Hatha style of yoga, with the added challenge of the heat.
Have you ever tried hot yoga, or are you thinking of giving it a go? It can be intense, but a lot of people love how invigorating it feels!
With this being the weekend of Easter, come join us for a yoga practice and meditation focused on compassion and reflection.
Yoga practice will focus on the crown chakra and heart opening sequences. (shoulder flexibility, mobility and strength)
Highly encouraged to bring your journal to reflect from the chakra sound healing.
This will be a 75 min class

Personal training sessions are focused on your fitness and physique goals.
Making sure to follow your training plan via initial training session is required for you to see results.
Following instructions after initial nutrition consult is highly recommended for performance, physique, or health improvement goals.
Each session is 1 hour.
24-hour cancellation notice is required.
Rescheduling is based on availability during that week of when the session is scheduled, if it is unable to be rescheduled payment for session is nonrefundable.
