Class is based off of gentle body movements, poses, and shavasana. Class may be seated or on mat based off of student's capability.

Private Yoga Session

Private yoga sessions online or in person are meant for specific goals in mind. Goals such as pain management for hip, back, or shoulder pain, or athletic improvements that a general class might not be able to target. Recommended to follow through at least a month to improve within your goals.

Meditation Reflection

The Meditation Reflection is a guided meditation to help collect your thoughts from the week to improve your progress towards your yoga practice.

Chakra cleansing through the crystal sound bath, allows each individual to succumb to their awareness of the subconsciousness. Allowing you to clear your focus on imbalances within each energy center.

These meditation practices show students how to reflect to accept changes, become grounded within your strengths, and to continue towards a wholistic mindful practice.

Come embrace in-depth meditations as part of your routine!

Initial Nutrition Coaching

One on one session to discuss and create a sustainable plan for your goals.

Whether it is weight loss, muscle building, improving sports performance, or improving bloodwork results.

Expect to utilize progress photos, measurements, food logging, macro planning, meal prepping, etc.

Utilization of macro and meal planning based on the individual's needs.

Personal Training : Initial Assessment

An assessment appointment is not a personal training session.

This is the time to review the following:

- PAR-Q: Physical Activity Readiness questionnaire

- Health history of anything that would interfere with training movements, pain, previous surgeries, etc. - - Photo and video assessments (based on physique goals/ performance goals)

- OHS assessment/ Single leg /Posture assessment

-Movement: sitting to standing (second option if not OHS)

- Anthropometrics: (optional) Weight / Height / BMI o Waist/limb circumference / Skin folds

- Goal assessment: Your reason why / Timeline to reach goals /What have you tried in the past?

The crystal sound bath meditation is a deep restorative and transformative experience that uses sound vibrations to promote healing, relaxation, and internal balance. When applied to chakra work, sound bath meditation can help clear blockages and realign the energy centers of the body, restoring harmony between the physical, emotional, and spiritual realms.

Each of the seven main chakras is associated with a specific frequency and vibration, and sound frequencies can help to unlock stagnant energy and allow for a smoother flow of life force energy (prana) throughout the body. The soothing sounds produced during a sound bath help to bring each chakra into balance by targeting its unique vibrational frequency, facilitating the release of tension, negative emotions, and mental clutter.

Private meditation group of 2-3 people for 1 hour of guided chakra cleansing meditation.

Everything is provided in studio where you can come and release tension.

What to expect? We review guided imagery, breath work, as well as reflection.

Sweat & Stretch: Hot Yoga drop in price

We are going to be offering hot yoga class "Sweat and Stretch." Hot yoga is a type of yoga practice that takes place in a heated room, typically set between 90°F to 105°F (32°C to 40°C). The heat is meant to mimic the environment of India, where yoga originated, and is designed to help increase flexibility, promote sweating, and encourage deeper muscle release.
In a hot yoga class, you might practice styles like Bikram yoga (which follows a specific set of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises) or a more general Vinyasa or Hatha style of yoga, with the added challenge of the heat.

Benefits of Hot Yoga:

  • Increased Flexibility: The warmth helps to loosen muscles, which can make it easier to stretch and deepen poses.
  • Detoxification: The heat encourages sweating, which is thought to help flush out toxins from the body.
  • Improved Circulation: The heat encourages blood flow, which can improve oxygen and nutrient delivery to your muscles.
  • Calorie Burning: Because the body works harder in a heated environment, hot yoga can be more physically demanding, potentially leading to higher calorie expenditure.

Rest & Rise: Yoga & Meditation Reflection

With this being the weekend of Easter, come join us for a yoga practice and meditation focused on compassion and reflection.

Yoga practice will focus on the crown chakra and heart opening sequences. (shoulder flexibility, mobility and strength)

Highly encouraged to bring your journal to reflect from the chakra sound healing.

This will be a 75 min class

Initial training session is required prior to starting personal training sessions.

Personal training sessions are focused on your fitness and physique goals.

Making sure to follow your training plan via initial training session is required for you to see results.

Following instructions after initial nutrition consult is highly recommended for performance, physique, or health improvement goals.

Each session is 1 hour.

24-hour cancellation notice is required.

Rescheduling is based on availability during that week of when the session is scheduled, if it is unable to be rescheduled payment for session is nonrefundable.
