January Jump Start!

Start the year right with the weight loss wellness holistic integrated program.

Starting January 1st through February 26th.

This is an 8-week program will include the following:

Two yoga classes of your choosing must select classes up registering for the program.

Weekly 45-minute personal training session.

Weekly hybrid meditation sessions you can join online or in person for reflection meditation of the week.

Every other week will be a scheduled nutrition 1 hour coaching session.

This program is to encompass all areas of wellness mental, physical, and spiritual.
