An assessment appointment is not a personal training session.
This is the time to review the following:
- PAR-Q: Physical Activity Readiness questionnaire
- Health history of anything that would interfere with training movements, pain, previous surgeries, etc. - - Photo and video assessments (based on physique goals/ performance goals)
- OHS assessment/ Single leg /Posture assessment
-Movement: sitting to standing (second option if not OHS)
- Anthropometrics: (optional) Weight / Height / BMI o Waist/limb circumference / Skin folds
- Goal assessment: Your reason why / Timeline to reach goals /What have you tried in the past?
