Personal Training Session

Initial training session is required prior to starting personal training sessions.

Personal training sessions are focused on your fitness and physique goals.

Making sure to follow your training plan via initial training session is required for you to see results.

Following instructions after initial nutrition consult is highly recommended for performance, physique, or health improvement goals.

Each session is 1 hour.

24-hour cancellation notice is required.

Rescheduling is based on availability during that week of when the session is scheduled, if it is unable to be rescheduled payment for session is nonrefundable.

Please bring your water, towel, and energy to put in the work!
