Join us for a day of grounding and heart-centered yoga experience at Grove Point Stables. As part of the Healing Hoofbeats, this workshop is designed to awaken the Sacral Chakra — the center of creativity, emotional flow, pleasure, and connection. Physically focusing on the low back and hip region, where we store trauma and stress.

Through a gentle yet energizing yoga flow beside the horses, breath work, and guided meditation, we will explore movement that encourages fluidity through the hips, pelvis, and lower spine, helping release tension and restore balance to the body.

The Sacral Chakra is closely connected to our creative life force and reproductive energy, reminding us of our natural ability to create, express, and experience joy.

Surrounded by the peaceful presence of horses, this practice invites you to reconnect with your inner rhythm and allow your energy to move freely — just like the graceful and powerful spirit of the horse.

Our session will conclude with a deep relaxation and crystal sound bath, allowing the vibrations of the bowls to support emotional release and energetic harmony.

If the weather decides to rain, it will be hosted inside the barn.

In the event of severe weather or unforeseen circumstances, the event may be rescheduled. Registration credit can be transferred to weekly classes, must be used during the 2026 year.
