Vinyasa based style yoga with heated room from 75-85 degrees.
Heated yoga can help open up the muscle tissue for increased flexibility and mobility. This can allow you to deepen your stretches and perform poses that may have felt challenging in a regular temperature setting.
Yoga towel and mats are provided, you may bring your own if you wish to do so.
The end of the class is done with cool calming eye towel and crystal bowl sound bath.
